Returns and Refunds Policy
At PSB-Global, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, it has arrived damaged, or you have simply changed your mind, we are here to help.
We offer a 30-day returns period from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer support team with:
Your order number
The item you wish to return
The reason for the return
Photos of the issue, if the item is damaged, faulty, missing parts, or not as described
Once we have received your request, we will provide clear instructions on how to return your item.
Returning Smaller Items
For smaller items, we may provide a prepaid returns label where applicable. The label should be printed, securely attached to the parcel, and clearly visible for the courier.
You will then be able to drop the parcel off at the advised collection point or post office.
Returning Larger Items
For larger items, we may arrange a courier collection from your address.
Please provide your full collection address and your availability so we can arrange a suitable collection. Collection details and any applicable costs will be confirmed before the return is booked.
Change of Mind Returns
If you have changed your mind or no longer want the item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
For change of mind returns:
The item should be unused and returned in a clean, resalable condition.
You are responsible for the cost of return postage.
Where possible, please return the item in its original packaging.
If the original packaging is no longer available, the item must be packaged securely and safely to prevent damage during transit.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot issue a refund for items that are lost or damaged on their way back to us due to poor packaging or an unsuitable return method.
If you are unable to arrange the return yourself, we may be able to arrange a courier collection on your behalf. The cost of this service will be agreed with you in advance and deducted from your refund.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where possible.
For damaged, faulty, incorrect, or misdescribed items, PSB-Global will cover the cost of return postage. This may be done by providing a prepaid returns label or arranging a courier collection.
Please avoid using, assembling, or modifying the item further once an issue has been identified, as this may affect the return process.
Missing or Damaged Parts
If your item arrives with missing or damaged parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery where possible.
Please provide:
Your order number
The product details
A description of the missing or damaged part
Photos, where relevant
Where a replacement part is available, we will send this to you. If a replacement part is not available, we will arrange a suitable alternative, replacement item, return, or refund.
Mistaken Orders
If you placed an order by mistake and the item has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
If the item has already been dispatched, you may return it once delivered under our change of mind returns process.
If you refuse delivery of an unwanted item, any return courier charges or refusal fees may be deducted from your refund. These charges usually range from £5 to £25, depending on the size of the item and the courier used.
Order Cancellations
Orders can usually be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot always be cancelled immediately. In this case, the item will need to be returned under our returns policy.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund back to your original payment method.
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days, although the time it takes to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right to make a reasonable deduction from the refund if the item has been used, damaged, returned incomplete, or handled beyond what would be reasonably necessary to inspect it.
